Part 2 of Paper Piecing

Well--now I paper pieced more today on the quilt top--do I like paper piecing any better yet??????NO NO AND NO!!!!!  this is how one section came out today--
OK  can you see a problem here????

I was already to sew 4 sections together to make another gift package block--
and then I discovered this and there really wastn't a quick fix--so I did the whole
block over again and then went on---ON TO MAKE MISTAKE AFTER MISTAKE AND I
DID A LOT OF THIS TODAY--

RIP IT OUT--RIP IT OUT--RESTITCH--RIP IT OUT--RESTITCH --RIP IT OUT--
sometimes on the same area or the same block--but I struggled on and on--
Now--
I do believe I am done with the main paper piecing part of this pattern--would you
believe that tomorrow I will have to go to the fabric store for the larger outer
border at least--not sure I like what I have here and I think I remember
seeing a piece that if the colors are right will be great for this one??????
Part of this pattern I do believe was the pattern company's fault--here is the
directions that came with it----
 Yep--
just one page and only one side--this was it gals--good thing I took that class
couple weeks or so ago--or this "baby" would of ended up in then --you know where--
bin!!!!

Here is a look
at the back side of the Quilt--it this for a gift==yes to ME--too much of me went
into this--no actually I had done it cause I liked it so well and had gotten the
pattern last year to do--but too many other projects at Christmas time--so
now you know why I wanted to do some in August--last years to do list!!!!!
Well--time to get off for now--have a safe week end--see ya soon--hugs, just, Di

Don't you hate it when they tell you to make a mistake--I can do well enough on my own. It is going to be adorable when you are done! A-
