WHAT I LEARNED---

I DO BELIEVE that the Valentine Sew in is officially over--so I would like to share some things with you that I learned while doing this "Sew-In"--

I learned about "hibernating"--

OH Dear--wrong kind of "hibernating"---it was the "computer" kind of hibernating--I discovered that I could leave my post page of my site up and just put the computer on the "hibernate" mode and then when I wanted to update the post or go visiting and I turned on the computer--it only took a few seconds and I was there--it was great!!!!  (Please don't tell me I was the only one who "didn't" know how to do this????)

Then I learned what to have in the house for "eats"---NO wait---"treats" to get one through the sew-in---
INSTEAD OF THIS PYRAMID---
WE NEED TO HAVE THESE "PYRAMIDS"--

so now I know what to have on hand next time--wouldn't want to get fined by the "snack-food police" for not being prepared!!!!!

And I learned how to share my day with those that don't sew or that can not blog--

I do think that "Mary" had the most fun--she did not have to clean up a sewing room when she was done creating, but yet she added sooo much to my day and the fabric she picked out for my hearts on the placemats was just "perfect"--thanks again Mary for helping me out!!!!

AND TO KELLY --YOU MADE ME SING YESTERDAY--(or at least I had the sewing machine a'singin'----thank you!!!

AND TO EVERYONE ELSE WHO WAS PART OF THE SEW-IN----

HUGS---DI&CO.

Yep--I think the snacks were very important. Prepared junk food was the only thing that kept me moving along. No way I could have gotten as much finished and all the posting if I had to actually make food.

Goodness -- you learned A LOT! Thanks so much for sharing -- and I'm so glad that junk food police didn't get ya (hee hee)! It was kind of crazy -- eating, sewing, partying, and blogging all in the same day -- but an UBER FUN crazy! I'm so glad you came Diane -- and hope you'll come to our next party too (we're already plotting it LOL)!
