ALL CUT OUT!!!

Well---I did it again---!!
Joined another challenge --!!
I think maybe I really do to be "adopted" so some one can "control" me --!!!!
BUT---then look at all the "fun" I would miss out on and you would miss "hearing" about--!!!!
######################
So here is the latest one--
Kelly's quilt along from her site Charming cotton club--
I chose this fabric line--
Astor Manor---
and I am caught up--as this week was the cutting and I did that today--
So now I am ready to sew!!!!!!!!!!!

I also started cutting fabrics for this months Schnibbles and will probably work on that tomorrow---provided I can drown out the "voices" coming from the dirty clothes hamper!!!!!
####################
Mail call today!!!

Again this is "Kelly's" fault!!!!  she is having a great sale at her shop--Cotton Charms--and I could not resist the temptation--I did try--believe me--but!!!!
I do love all these charm sets--and I always order a couple fabric cuts to go with the charm packs then I am already when  pattern comes in for inner borders, borders, and bindings--sometimes I still need background fabrics--but again I try to keep some basics on hand for them!!!!
#######################
Also got my "first" pattern in the mail today--from Kathleen Tracy --
for her new club---can't wait to pick out some of my Civil war prints for this one!!!!
##########################
And today was our annual family "book" sale we go to---whoever in my family is in town --we get together at 3:30 pm and go to the Library book sale overtown!!!  We have done this for years now---today us "three" sisters where here, so we went--- and here is what I bought--
Cost of $9.00 total---I was excited to find some animal story ones--that is what I seem to be into reading---WHEN--I do not have a needle in my hand!!!!!!!!!!!!

While we sat in the car afterwards visiting I looked out the windows and saw this--
****clouds you say--what is so great about a cloud?????
Well---I think this one looks like a giant "pom-pom" a nice fluffy one--what about you???
See here it is over the building where the sale was????
Was really hoping I could of found a couple "quilt" books I am looking for--but didn't!!!  Maybe at the next sale!!!
#################
Oh--and another Christmas gift was finished today---
I just love this saying!!!!

Well--I am really tired tonight--oh my here it is 11 pm already--no wonder I am sleepy---where did the evening go??????

Be good--give someone an extra hug today!!!
And a hug for you from me---Di

I love the Astor Manor. I almost choose that one for my quilt-along too. Looking forward to seeing it all done. Happy sewing!

I've tried ignoring the laundry but it is never a good thing. I've had to where some interesting outfits until the wash was done lol.

The thing about ignoring the laundry pile is that it just keeps growing! Ick.

Love your selection of books - sounds like a fun day.

I saw a string of paper doll cutouts and wondered what you are up to now.
