TOMORROW--TOMORROW!!!!

Is officially the first day of Fall--Sept. 23th--
So what shall we do to "celebrate" it???????
Let's have a leaf photo contest--hey yea--that sounds like fun!!!
some time today or tomorrow go for a quick walk around and take a photo of a fall tree or some leaves on the ground--post them--then let me know that you did post them--I will take it from there!!!  You have till Friday night to post them!!!!
FUN--FUN--FUN----

OK--I have been working--some!!!!
It has been lovely here for a couple days so did just take some time and enjoyed walking around and being outside for awhile--
am posting early today as they are talking about us having some thunder storms later--so just in case--here's my report!!!!
I just finished reading book #25 for this year---so I have matched last years total now---but it is a far "cry" from 125 or more in years past!!!!

Work--work--
Worked some more on these three---now down to just hand work to finish them!!!!
And prepped these three blocks today for the bom clubs--ended up tracing one of them unto the wrong background fabric and had to start over--but---I also have the Shabby rose block from last year to do yet this month!!!!!

So looks like I have the rest of the month all planned out and enough work to keep me busy and out of trouble---ok--busy at least!!!!!!

Soooo--have fun taking some fall leaf pictures!!!!
Hugs, Di

Finding that leaf may be a challenge. Everything is still pretty green, but I will see what I can do. You have been busy!! Looking good. L,A-

Still pretty green here -- our fall comes a little late. But, next month I'll be in AK and it will be fall there, for sure!

Our leaves don't turn colours either. It's too temperate in southern British Columbia. We just have a couple of big windstorms and they all fall off still green. One thing I miss about my hometown. The Ottawa valley is just a riot of colour in the Fall. Your book caught my eye. What was it about? Not really how to wash a cat was it? I love books. I have a separate blog about the books I've read at http://shirleymacsbookpicks.blogspot.com/

Di I think you are the only one with pretty leaves. Our leaves just get greener in the Fall. We are so backward here in Florida lol.

No Fall colors here yet. We don't get that until the beginning of November. It was still 89 today. I look forward to seeing your photos though.

I don't think I can find any fall leaves here even though it is still pretty cold... everything is budding and I have some tulips in the garden, yay!
By the way, I tagged you... but only join in if you feel like it :)
