Christmas----
Hey Miss gracie is ready--
I have to say that being on the computer and blogging has taught me alot this last year--of course--there is always more to learn!!!!!
I have gotten a couple things finished--
this is the first block to a table runner in the new Christmas Redwork book I got at the
Quilt shop--
you were suppose to do two of these one-- for each end block--
but I really did not want to do two of them--
so I did this one for the second block--
now the center block is just all white and you add a red centerpiece to it--
wonder what Di will do for that part????
of course she has to finish sewing the quilt part and then put it together and then hand quilt it--did you say that by Christmas 2011 she will have it done?????
I got a nice gift card from my brother and sister in law in Florida--
and this is what I got--
These movies where only $5 each--and two of them have more than one movie in them--the Christmas one has 4 plus a music CD and one has 3 in it--I have not seen any of these I do believe!!!!!
As for what I collect --
well nearly everything--or did--
I think the one fun thing I collect for Christmas is "mice"!!!!
Kinda all started with a stuffed mouse our first Christmas--
and he is in the tree nearly every year--
then I have found these two down through the years with the candle sticks and I really adore them--also I have the small book collection --these are just on Christmas!!!
the one thing I have always wanted to collect was penguins--
but for whatever reason I have not done that yet????
Well here is hoping everyone is just "truckin" right along--
cause two weeks from now--tonight at 8 pm--it will be all over--
or mostly over!!!
Remember to be good to yourself and sit and JUST have a cuppa coffee/tea once in a while and just BREATHE!!!!!

I know, just 2 weeks away! I'm going to try not to stress. I love your stitcheries. What do you put on the back of yours? I tried Wonder Under but it doesn't work great for me.
Love your redwork! THat's something else that I have to try. You must be mistaken about Christmas being in two weeks. It's just not possible. Is it? Seriously??
Gracie looks so festive in her Santa hat. I love the redwork. I never stress at Christmas. We are very low key about the material part of that Holiday. "Jesus is the Reason for the Season". How lovely to get a gift card to use on anything you like. It will be nice to watch the movies while stitching. Take care. :)
Two Weeks! I can't believe how time is flying by. It will all be over before we know it. Love your redwork. Gracie looks cute with her Santa hat. What a wonderful purchase you made with the gift card.
