ANOTHER--

Bitter cold day here--Again!!!
but I did get another bom done--
and I did get these 4 blocks done--
I did the embroidery and then decided to cut some 2 1/2"squares of my red stash--
(which I have decided that if it ever gets warm enough for me to go overtown again--
I need to add some more reds to that stash!!!)
but now I am not sure where to go with this project--
may just put them away until next year--as I can't decide whether to make a small wall hanging or --
to do up 4 gifts with them!!!??????

and this morning I did start the hand quilting on this quilt-
I am using the 1/4" tape to mark for the hand quilting lines--
this is a good sized quilt and I should of been working on it all of Jan and Feb--
instead of doing counted cross stitch--!!!!!

Hope you are doing something--anything to keep warm--

or cool, depending on where you live, of course!!!
Smiles, diandmissgracie

Aren't you just so sick of winter? We were supposed to get a couple of inches of snow tomorrow, and now they're saying 5-8". yippee. Your red squares are very cute! And congrats on stitching Val's FEb. BOM. I haven't finished January yet.

Love your hearts. You will figure it out. I have downloaded Val's blocks. Yep, that is as far as I have gotten.
Yours look gorgeous as always!

Beautiful stitchery Di and I love that quilt.
I am tired of this weather too. My sister passed away Sunday and we had an ice storm right after that with 1/2 inch of ice on the ground. It was below freezing the day of the funeral. The wind was so strong and has been that way ever since. More ice is on it's way tomorrow. She was such a sweet person and I will miss her so much. I just wish the weather had been better so we could have stayed longer.
Take care and stay warm.

The hearts are lovely! I am sure they will turn out beautifully.
Still cold here, too, but at least the days are longer and lighter now :)
Stay warm!
