The baking 'bug' hit me yesterday--
and I knew that I had 2 group things to go to, today--
so off to the kitchen I went--
and this is what I mixed up and baked--
there is the Peanut Butter Blossoms and the Sandies, and Soft Ginger Creams--
The Peanut Butter ones have the Hershey kisses on them--
the Sandies (have lots of different names really) usually has nuts in them--
but I did not add any as I did not know who might not be able to eat nuts here--
and I made the ginger creams for 2 reasons--
one was I wanted to decorate them with these--
I had picked up these cute little gingerbread decorations--
and second cause I wanted to use some molasses--
as I was waking up this morning--I had a sudden thought--
I did not remember opening the new jar of molasses!!!
soooo--
Fortunately--they do taste great--with out the molasses--
(Ahhhh----you caught me--yes--I did do a taste test yesterday on all three kinds!!!)
And
I had these '2' supervisor's watching me the whole time--
And they didn't even catch the molasses mistake--Hummmm!!!
and then they make me clean up the mess--
I was sure I had heard them say--
"If you mix them up and bake them--we will clean up for you"--
guess I was dreaming!!!
Have a great wonderful day getting ready for Christmas --
love and laughter, di

What do you mean, they didn't clean up after you? Where's their Christmas spirit? The cookies look yummy. I'm planning to bake some banana bread and cook up a batch of peanut butter fudge as we get closer to Christmas. We're going down to my brother's, and I need to take something sweet with me! Merry Christmas!!

Those look yummy. My Guy does the baking and the cleaning up, but I have to do the gift wrapping. I suppose it's a fair trade.
