AUGUST IS A SLOW MONTH

for me stitching wise--
it always seem to happen this way too--
but here is some bits and pieces I have worked on!!

a bom block-this one has more stitching that the past ones had--

had wanted to get my scarecrow finished today
but then had to keep changing thread colors as my background fabric
is lighter in color than the designers was--and she had a very light beige color
for his shirt--so that took some time--what can I say--it is slow stitching Sunday--
after all!!!!

and I did get more hearts stitched lately--
Love the bright colors in these hearts--

and 2 more baby sweaters got buttons on them this morning--
and I just realized something--
they are 'orange--
and that is this months color--
love it when a plan comes together and --
I didn't even know there was a plan!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ENJOY THE DAY/EVENING--
      WHERE EVER YOU ARE--DI

I was getting ready to send out a search party for you! Love the little orange sweaters. Such good planning on your part. Every stitch counts, whether you're making slow progress or large progress! Any word from your friends in NY? Looks pretty bad up there.

You are moving along on your projects, even if it is slow stitching. Did you watch the NASCAR race last night? I thought it was pretty interesting.
