I think I can--I think I can---
cause I got up from a good nights sleep--
tried--very tried!!!
and I felt like I have 'run' all day on 'no' fuel!!
I did get my walk around the blocks this morning--
and really enjoyed that--
but wondered if I would get any sewing done --
first up is one project I did get done yesterday--
this week's Silver lining block--
this block did want to give me a hard time--as the first set of rain drop squares
I stitched on--for one side--the rain was going sideways!!
Luckily I caught it and
only had to redo the one side on each one--

why is it you think, simple projects are going to be a 'breeze' only to find out--
that sometimes they are the hardest!!!
Actually this was an easy block once I got my rain coming down!!!
This morning I did get the next 2 blocks for the Jolly Bar quilt sewn--
these are large blocks 10" squares--
and I had some nice wings on each corner to cut and make half square triangles from them--
so after lunch I decided it was time to clean up my cutting table--
I had 3 piles of half square triangles waiting to be squared up!
so now they are done and bagged up for future projects--
I, also, finished up a 'leaders n enders' top--
this is 2 mini charm packs and white 2 1//2" squares that I cut up--
I like using min charms with a another solid color as my 'leaders n enders' projects--
not sure where else I am going with this one--though I do have one idea floating around in my little brain--time will tell--

and no nap was needed--
( I am kinda a non-naper--but when my head hits the pillow at night--
it's lights out--so I am rewarded for not taking a nap!!)
As-- it is Christmas in July--
I want to know--
what are working on that is Christmas???

Sorry to hear you woke up tired. Is it still the effects from the glue and cleaning the apartment next to you last week? Hopefully you got a good nights rest and woke up refreshed today. Cute flying geese blocks.
Love your flying geese! I've been napping in the afternoon the last few days, and it does affect my nighttime sleeping. But I have no schedule to keep, so I just sleep when I'm tired. Finally did some stitching today.
