are always interesting--especially the last couple of years--at the end of each one we have hoped for healing and that we would all be able to go back to Normal-per 2019--But--that is not what is happening--So as we enter into another, yet, brand new year--we are all 'hoping' and 'praying'--that this will be the year!!!!
And only time will tell us!!!
I do have some finishes to share for 2021--
I did get the Christmas panel all hand quilted--and it was nice to work on this one all during December--so even though I just hung it up--for photo-- I have enjoyed it all month long!!
Snowman block #8 was finished--this one is called McFlurry!! love that little bird trying to fly in the windy day--#9 block got traced yesterday and has gotten alittle stitching done on it!!Another pair of socks were finished in the knitting dept--have to start to build up my stash--gave all the ones I had made away at Christmas!!
And I got a very special Christmas gift from my sister June--this mug--with us four kids on it,
with our names under us--and if you look closely you will see that my little sister, Barbie has her wings!!
Today I am working with pretty fabrics that has Flamingo's on it--for a special gift--but they are not done so you will have to wait until 2022 to see that project--
and talking about 2022---
get your dancing shoes on-(or in my case--comfy pj's) and let's see this year of 'hope' chase out 2021 and enter in--
PLEASE BE REALLY CAREFUL RIGHT NOW--WANT TO VISIT WITH ALL OF YOU IN 2022!
LUV AND HUGS, DI

That dog taking over the bed works the same with cats! What a great finish for December with your quilt. Wishing you a safe and healthy 2022.

Lovely December finish …
Such a special mug with all your siblings , lovely that little sis is there with wings on. 🤗
Happy New Year! I'm wearing a pair of Di socks right now. It rained here all day, so I spent the day in the craft room and at the sewing machine. You stay safe, too!!
