I had plans and photos for last Sunday's post and that didn't happen--so I thought--OK--I will do one on Monday afternoon----well maybe I can do it Tuesday--and that is how the whole week went---tomorrow--tomorrow-----
I did a big shopping trip on Monday--Tuesday was an doctor appointment and it was the second one with a new doctor--but --ended up seeing someone else in the office and she was rude --and more than rude to me--and this office-- in the two visits have managed to mess up 2 of my 3 medications for high blood pressure--( and they won't fix it or they keep sending it to the wrong pharmacy--grrrr) yep--inherited my Dad's high blood pressure--I try to stay calm--but especially these days--that is not easy--!!! I will not be going back to this doctor!! And Wednesday and Thursday both were shopping trips with a friend on the bus--and then on Friday I did do some sewing and some prep work for a couple projects--Saturday--I spent half a day repotting all my new plants and a couple of the older ones--I make my own soil mixture--so that takes time--and then we won't even mention the mess I made and had to clean up--but I like to think my 'plants' are so much happier now and appreciate what I did for them!!!!
So if I had posted last week-here is the photos--
Oh and the week before was busy tooo-- with some Birthday celebrating--
The Cross stitch bird book is all about birds--one side of the page has information and the words in black are the words you look for in the puzzle!!
Gifts from my daughter--one of these was for Easter and one was for my birthday-and this one--
and this one was for Mother's day--Picked this quilt to do the hand quilting on next--and did get it started--
Another little sweater was finished--
And a couple shopping items--
the first one is from JoAnn's sale and second one I found at Aldi's for only $4 and it heavy and is actually a bird house for outside--
Think I know what colors I am going to paint these!!!
Along with doing over part of the china cabinet and my shadow box--
This week I have worked on these projects--
Got the extra block finished for display that Melisa gave us last year--And yes--I do have a plan for this jelly roll--but first I have to do my Chookshed challenge!!!

Happy belated birthday, so sorry I missed your last post.
Lots of fabulous gifts and so nice to have been treated to dinner with your son and DIL.
Your decorating looks great .
So many projects you’re working on again.
Cute cardigan and I really like the fabrics you’re using for the grandmas flowers.
Have a lovely week.
Happy Birthday! You have been busy - so fun to see all you've been up to. Your orange peel project is so pretty with the yellows - it will make a beautiful table covering. I finally had a chance to get back to mine - still making the orange peels!
What is it with doctors these days? I'm so sorry you are having such issues with yours. My mother has had issues with her pain doctor, she's thinking it may be time to find a new one. Happy belated birthday, sounds like you had a good one. Stay cool and stitch on this week.
Happy belated birthday, Di. What lovely gifties you received. I loved seeing your bedroom; it is so soft and romantic looking. I am very sorry to hear about your doctor's experience. I know that was quite worrisome and frustrating . Warm hugs and blessings.
