Do you play this game with yourself on the first couple of days of when we have to change our clocks??? I sure do--I guess after a couple days though I get tired of the game and start believing what the clock says and get on with--whatever!!!
The first week of every month is always busy for me, for some reason--there is always extra shopping trips it seems too--
Plus--that is when all our new BOM projects show up for each month and a new color is given--
So I received March's wool project and am happy to say it is done already--
It was the block with 3 spools of thread and flowers and birds--and let me tell you those tiny star buttons on the red flowers are very tiny--but oh so cute!!!And here is all '3' blocks so far--!!!
And for whatever reason--I am still doing the small hexie embroidery pieces --one each day and here is what I have done so far-
These are so addicting--
And this month's color is Red--
and I have a couple done--as for stitching--but lots are cut out to be stitched up--
Found the Ladybug fat quarter at Walmart---there was no way I wasn't going to leave it behind--I love Ladybugs--and here is some more neutrals to add to the bowl--I also got this months Tiny House done in counted cross stitching--but it is not made into the little pillow yet--
And I am still working on the Spring Easter Cross stitch--at the end of each week I say--ok--one more week and this one will be finished--but---there is always more stitching to do on it--and I do work on it every day!!!
And March's block for Country Hart embroidery is here and is a gazebo with lots of roses on it and I did get it traced off and will be working on it afternoon while watching the race--at least that is the plan!!
Last Thursday I did a bus trip to Publix for water and a couple food items--and had 10 minutes before I had to be at the bus stop so flew into Bealls--and right there in the front on a display was this picture--
Love at first sight and put it back--but--I just had to buy it--so--and on the end cap on the way to pay for it--this jumped into my arms--
a cute metal white lamp--the bird sitting on the base is one I bought while in Illinois back in Oct!!!each was $12.99 and I knew I had a $5 off coupon--well--when I went to pay--I also had 2 other coupons--one a birthday one at 20% off--though my B-day isn't till May and --and a $25.00 Reward customer gift--so we used the $25.00 off one and these cuties only cost me $1.05--Bingo!! Happy dance!!!!!!
HAPPY TIME CHANGE TO EVERYONE AND KEEP LOOKING FOR THE RAINBOW AND THE POT OF GOLD--
HUGS, DI

Preciosas labores y estupendas compras. BESICOS.
You've got lots of fun things going on there! Love the wool block with the spools and birds especially. And that lamp is adorable! I can see why you had to have it.
The ladybug hearts are so cute. You definitely couldn't leave that fabric behind. You bought some fun spring/Easter decor. Enjoy them, it seems that spring doesn't last very long these days.
I began fiddling with my clocks the night before. I always dread the time change. LOL, but fortunately it does not take too long for me to adjust. You have some gorgeous projects in the works, Di. You are staying super busy. Enjoy your week and Happy stitching. Hugs.
