All I can say--it's a been hardgoofy week--
Monday was nice--Frannie and I went to a Quilt shop for me to pick up some batting I had ordered there and of course a bit more fabric came back home with me!! Then we did stop and have a nice lunch--outside and I had the sun shinning on me--and that felt so good (we had had a week of cloudy rainy days)
Tuesday I thought was doing good and I was getting some things done while waiting for the NP to come--but she did not make me a happy camper by the time she left--we still have a very big issue with my blood pressure not behaving--it seems to be even higher--OUCH!!!!
Wednesday was finally laundry morning and that needed to be done--and I am happy to say it did get done--and even a short walk got accomplished in the afternoon!! And then I got some sewing done--always feels like a good day when I can sew!!
Today--I have gotten a few things worked on--but now am waiting on the Nurse Alex to come--he will be coming again a couple times a week to take my blood pressure--But I am also not feeling well today--but I do think it is environmental--I can smell perfume--yep--perfume in my apartment and it's not mine--or someone may be burning candles--I have had an issue with smells lately --and I have at least 2 new neighbors--soooo--who knows!!!
OK enough of that kind of news--now for some good news--
I got my --
For October finished-
This little basket quilt was worked on a few times for a few years--And I got another Christmas block embroidered last night--I know these are Race watching projects--and I did watch a race while I was doing it--it was the rest of Sunday's race that had been rained off for the last 72 hours!!!!

Lots of progress here; I especially like the knitting projects (something I love but don't make time for)--and the socks look fun to me!
Hope you are feeling better now.
The Baskets Quilt is a lovely finish and the cross stitch is cute.
Lots of great projects you are working on Di.
Sweet cardi and I think the socks make a good pair for a boy/man....
Well, I hope the health news improves and the BP goes down. Do you have a BP machine that you can take your own a few times a day and keep a journal? My MIL does that. Love the socks and sweater. Those hexagons look great - I know I have some of that fabric in my stash but not much. Stay well my friend.
I hope you get your bp sorted, mine is too high too so I need to go see a doc... love all your finishes, you've been super busy xx
Lovely. Thanks for linking up with Elm Street Quilts One Monthly Goal and congrats on your finish!
WOW! You have been really, really busy. Congrats on all the progress and how weird on the blogger issue. That seems really, really strange. Hope they can get a handle on your blood pressure really quickly and that the prefume smells have faded completely.
Sorry to hear about your BP issue. Congrats on your finished projects!! Would you please let me know the name of the chart for the mouse sampler? Thanks!!
You've had a very busy week! Your little sweaters are always so cute. Do you sleep at all? You have so many projects going all the time. But it's what we need to do to stay sane...... Stay safe and healthy! And ask those darn neighbors to ditch the candles....
